 Tour 2 - Giants Causeway, Bushmills Distillery & Carrick-A-Rede Ropebridge

Travel from the city through villages of historical interest like Greysteel, Walworth/Ballykelly and Limavady then travel along the coast to the Mussenden Temple and Castle (over Beneveneagh Mountain weather permitting). We then travel through Coleraine and Bushmills before reaching this World Heritage Site and Northern Ireland’s most famous landmark the Giants Causeway. Here you will be given time to explore the six-sided basalt columns and many other rock formations including `The Wishing Chair` Hear the legend of Finn MacCool and visit the visitor centre where you can take in the Audio Visual Show. Then we will travel onwards to the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge renowned worldwide it spans a gaping eighty feet chasm which is used by fishermen. Then we will travel back to the city via Coleraine Mountain.

Please note there is a small charge for the audio visual (£1 per person) at the Causeway Centre and for the coach down and up (£2 per person) from the Causeway.( You can walk down to Causeway if you wish). There is also a charge for the guided tour of the Distillery (subject to availability) £6 Adult/£3 Children/£17 Family ticket/£5 Seniors and Students (Prices correct at time of print). Opening hours for the Distillery vary. There is approximately a 1 mile walk from the car park to the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Rope Bridge is open 10am - 6pm from March to October weather Permitting. There is a charge of £4 Adult and £2 Child
