Do I need to book your public tour?

No, there is no need to book our public tours which operate 7 days a week at 10am,12noon, 2pm & 4pm.  Just show up at 11 Carlisle Road and look for the guide dressed in yellow.

How do I book a private tour?

Simply send us an email or call us to book a private tour at your preferred date and time (subject to availability).

How much does your tour cost?

Our public tours cost only £6pp.  Our public Derry Girls tour (April - October) costs £10pp.  Group rates are available for private tours and dependent on how long of a tour your group would like.

How can I pay for the tour?

You can pay your guide directly in cash at the end of the tour , however if you are looking to pay by card please be advised that our guides do not carry card facilities.  You can pre purchase your ticket in Java Coffee Shop in Ferryquay Street and pay by card then.

What if the weather is bad, does your tour still continue?

Yes , we are proud believers that there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing! So please check the forecast and consider your attire.  Severe weather warnings will be taken into consideration and we will act accordingly.

I'm driving into the city, where can I park?

We recommend to use Foyleside Car Park which costs roughly £1.50 per hour.  Please be advised on street parking is limited to 1 hour.  Pay and display car parks are also at various locations throughout the city and differ in cost.  Download the JustPark app for cashless payment.

How much is a child cost for the tour?

Accompanied children under 12 are free of charge. Children aged 13 and up costs £6pp.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes dogs are welcome on tour with us however please ensure your dog is kept on a lead as there are council regulations on this in the city centre. 

Is the route wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we do have a wheelchair accessible route onto the walls , you can also grab an accessibility map from Level 1 of Foyleside Shopping Centre.
